2022 WORSHIP RESIDENCY

The Worship Residency is an 8-week equipping internship that starts in June of 2021. You will grow spiritually and musically as you live in community with other passionate followers of Jesus. This summer you will learn about the heart of Worship, you will grow in your identity, calling and gifting as a worshipper. You will receive both in person and video teaching from some of leading voices in worship on spiritual formation, music theory, theology, songwriting, prophetic worship, leadership and discipleship. We desire for every leader to love Jesus first in the secret place when no one is looking top change the way we lead in the public place. These weeks are designed to help those called to be shepherds become better equipped to serve the Kingdom of God. 

SPEAKERS & TEACHERS

This residency is unique, designed to give a holistic approach to being a Kingdom leader. Our greatest hope for this residency is that you will learn to sit at the feet of Jesus and love the Lord your God with everything! You will have the opportunity in partnership with many local churches in Wichita to grow in your understanding of God’s Kingdom mission and purpose. We will lead worship in many contexts and cities experiencing different cultures in which you will grow in diversity as a worship leader/musician partnering with kingdom minded leaders.

Our next Summer Residency starts June 1 and goes until the end of July. We will be based out of Wichita, KS. Upon approval from the Presence Worship board the cost for first year residency will be $1700 to be paid at the start of the summer. This cost covers all living expenses, travel and most meals during the 8-week worship residency.
