PRESENCE SUMMER LEADERSHIP

As we continue to grow the Presence Worship Community we want to invite leaders who are equipped and qualified to lead and contribute to the community. We have a unique opportunity for any worship leader who has been through the presence worship residency or an equivalent program and has a heart to come be apart of presence worship as a leader. As a leader you will have responsibilities and expectations to help serve in presence based ministry. Leading and shepherding the next generation of worship leaders who are a part of the worship residency. You will be expected to lead through one on one discipleship and musical training. All leaders will be expected to be at all camps and events as well as scheduled classes and prayer room worship sets. You will have direct oversight over a worship resident and a Prezee for discipleship, accountability and training.

The worship residency leader starts May 21 and goes until Aug 6. We will be based out of Newton, KS. This is a paid position/internship for the summer and you will get paid $300 every two weeks to help cover food and other potential expenses for the duration of the summer. As a leader their is no cost for room and board. Most meals will be covered for you at the presence house. Each leader will also have the option to raise additional funds to help support you while serving this summer. We recommend building a prayer and financial partner team as you prepare to come this summer. Each leader will be responsible for raising their funds prior to the start of the summer program.

All meals at camps and lodging for the summer will be provided. Meals outside of provided meals will not be covered. If you choose to eat else where you will be required to cover your own meal. Coffee and stops for snacks will not be covered by presence worship.
