The Presence Worship Residency is a 6-month equipping residency focused on prayer, community, presence, praise and passion. The worship residency is designed to nurture the next generation of singers, musicians, songwriter and worship leaders in their spiritual growth and practical leadership. This residency combines spiritual formation, community building, theology, songwriting, leadership development, and discipleship to prepare the next generation to serve as effective leaders. It provides a comprehensive approach to cultivating both character and skill, empowering the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose in their communities.
TIME COMMITMENT: 6- MONTH COMMITMENT OCT - MAY
WHEN: MONDAY - THURSDAY 8AM - 3PM (WITH CHURCH PRACTICUM COMMITMENTS)
COST: THE COST PER YEAR IS $7,200 (this includes housing but not food. Residents will also pay for their plane tickets for outreach)
WHERE: THE RESIDENCY WILL BE ON SITE AT PRESENCE WORSHIP IN NEWTON, KS AND OUTREACH LOCATIONS WILL BE IN ISRAEL, ECUDOR OR AFRICA

What is Presence Worship?

How do we accomplish this vision?
We accomplish the vision of Presence Worship through the Worship Residency, the School of Worship, worship apprenticeship, worship events, online platforms and Presence Worship camp.
What is the Presence Worship Residency?
The Presence Worship Residency is a worship equipping program focusing on identity, gifting and calling, supplemented with practical application of spiritual formation, community, theology, songwriting, leadership and discipleship. This residency is designed to help those called to be worship leaders in their communities become more equipped to serve as leaders.
Who is the Presence Worship Residency for?
Ideal Presence Worship Residency candidates are 18-25 years olds who have a passion and skill to worship the Lord through music. We do not limit our search to enrolled college students. We are seeking those who are desiring to give their lives to prayer and worship through song.
What is the Presence Worship Camp?
Presence Worship camp is focused on equipping the next generation of singers and musicians in 6th - 12th grade. We host 3-day camps and week-long overnight camps for high school students.
